Photos: Yes! Attach photos on all devices and platforms.
Videos: Supported on iPhone, but we recommend using YouTube links instead. Here's why:
- Carriers compress videos heavily, killing quality
- Large files slow down your sending significantly
- Videos eat up storage on both ends
💡 Pro tip: Upload to YouTube (even as unlisted) and paste the link. Recipients get a beautiful preview thumbnail that plays instantly!
We don't limit you. However, carriers have spam protection that may affect delivery if you:
- Send more than ~200-250 messages per day
- Send too quickly in rapid succession
- Have mostly one-directional conversations (no replies back)
✅ Best practice: Keep groups under 200 contacts and personalize with ::firstname:: tags. Since you're texting people who know you, replies come naturally!
